NORMAL COLONOSCOPY REPORT

The patient had continuous pulse oximetry as well as vital sign monitoring throughout the procedure.

INDICATION:
INSPECTION: negative
EXPLORATION: negative
FINDINGS:The colon is explored up to the cecum. Optimal bowel cleansing (Boston score 3+3+3). Good tolerance. Convoluted loops with normal plasticity, austrature and caliber of the viscera. The mucosa is pink and reveals the underlying vascular network in all areas explored. ileocecal valve normal. Retraction time 9 minutes.
CONCLUSIONS: no organic lesions in the explored sections.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
ADVERSE REACTIONS: No immediate complications. Patient tolerated procedure well, with stable vital signs and adequate pulse oximetry throughout. The patient left the procedure area in stable condition, awake and alert.
