Polyarteritis Nodosa:
Polyarteritis nodosa (PAN) is associated with peripheral eosinophilia and abdominal pain. Nodular masses can also be visualized in the stomach, but in contrast to EGIDs, patients with PAN have systemic manifestations and markedly elevated erythrocyte sedimentation rates, and eosinophilia on biopsy is perivascular.
